The Ranchhod Foundation is a registered and incorporated Charitable Trust in New Zealand that was established to sponsor and support our local and international communities in need. It is dedicated in improving the lives of children and adults alike battling both life threatening or debilitating medical conditions, and to provide patients with a better quality of life.
The backbone of the Foundation is the Ranchhod Group, a property investment Group of Companies. The Group’s directors and Foundation’s Trustees are a dedicated and sincere group of philanthropists who believe that is paramount to give back to the community and the Foundation is its way of achieving this goal.
The Ranchhod Foundation undertakes a number of charitable causes in New Zealand, with a focus on the aiding of children in need. As such, the Foundation provides regular donations to the Starship Children’s Hospital with the direct purpose of supplying equipment for life threatening conditions, such as foetal blood pressure monitors and medicine measuring electronic devices.
The Ranchhod Foundation also supports a number of international charities, particularly in India where a variety of humanitarian work, aimed at assisting young children and elderly alike, is carried out on a regular basis. These activities include medical camps held in remote areas where medical facilities may not otherwise be available, eye clinics, including free cataract surgery and spectacle prescriptions, monetary and humanitarian assistance at orphanages and rural underprivileged schools and local Hospitals.
